More Than Water Polo
Founded in 2014 by Olympic legend Cristina Marín and water polo visionary Quim Colet, BIWPA was born from a simple yet powerful idea: to create a professional environment where young athletes could fully develop their potential.
What started as a small summer camp has evolved into a global reference in elite water polo training. Today, we welcome over 4,000 athletes from 40+ countries annually, creating lifelong memories and launching careers.
Our mission extends beyond winning games. We use water polo as a transformative tool, teaching values like discipline, teamwork, resilience, and global citizenship that serve our athletes for life.
